Ellen,

I am the the coordinator for football team dinners, and we have to feed approx. 75 players and coaching staff. The boys usually come up for seconds. When serving sub sandwiches, we cut them in half. Would it be safe to say I would need 4 -5 packs of 12 sub rolls? We also serve pasta and I was figuring on three large pans. Any help would be appreciated

No, that is the equivalent of about 100 people, given teen appetites.

I would do about 10-12 pounds of dry pasta, 8 packs of subs.
