We are having a 4 pm reception with 200 people. The menu is smokies in bbq sauce, cocktail meatballs in sauce, pasta salad, ham sandwiches on medium sized buns,pinwheels made with tortilla shells and cream cheese, pickle and olive tray, cheese and cracker tray. Drinks will be tea and lemonade. Could you please help with with the shopping list? Thank you so much.
smokies in bbq sauce, this is an expensive appetizer. Sausages cut in dimes are a less expensive alternative. 1 pound per 6-8
cocktail meatballs in sauce, 1 pound per 5
pasta salad, 6 pounds dry psata per 100
ham sandwiches on medium sized buns, 1 per person
pinwheels made with tortilla shells and cream cheese, not popular unless bits of meat or color or jam added- one slice deli turkey per tortilla?- 2 bites per person- tortilla cuts about 6
pickle and olive tray, see classic relish tray on the veggie tray page, do 3
cheese and cracker tray, 1 pound cheese per 10, 1 pound crackers per 12

tea 8 gallons per 100, 1/4 to 1/3 unsweet
lemonade, 6 gallons per 100
ice, 3/4 to 1 pound per person
