Appetizers for Wedding (120 people)

For my wedding we have 110 adults and 20 small children. About an hour before the dinner (buffet) we wanted to do a combination of passed and buffet appetizers. Could you please let me know if this list of appetizers seems reasonable for this many people?

300 stuffed grape leaves
half gallon spinach/artichoke dip
6 lb small crackers
4 lb cheese
8 lb fruit (pineapple/strawberries)

03/03/13 		Great idea, but do tweak the amounts:

300 stuffed grape leaves- OK
half gallon spinach/artichoke dip-6-7 quarts- everyone likes it
6 lb small crackers-8 with the kids
4 lb cheese- I never do less than 10 for 100. Some can be logs or spreads
8 lb fruit (pineapple/strawberries)- double it, maybe some melon chunks as part
