Is the following amounts of food enough for that many people? we are having a few other dishes this is just what i am responsable for...
chips and dip
tortilla chips 3 bags
potato chips 3 bags
corn chips 3 bags
salsa 48 oz
onion dip 48 oz


fruit tray:
yogurt dip 32 oz
strawberries 40-50
grapes (red & green)2 lbs each
cantaloupe 2 lg
honey dew melon 2 lg
pineapple 1 lg
watermelon 1 lg


veggie tray:
ranch dip 16 oz
carrot sticks 2 LBS
celery sticks 2 LBS
broccoli 1-2 LBS
cauliflower 1-2 LBS
cucumbers 8 ea
cherry/grape tomatoes 2 PT


salad:
romaine lettuce hearts 15 hrts
cucmbers 6 ea
tomatoes 4 pt
black olives 3 cans
feta cheese 1 lb
ranch dressing 24 oz
balsamic vinaigrette 24 oz
french dressing 24 oz
italian dressing 24 oz


crabmeat & pasta salad:
crabmeat 6 lbs
pasta (penne) 6 lbs
mayo 30 oz


meatballs:
meatballs (250-300) 96ct.bags 4 bags
sauce 6 jars


sweete & sour hot dogs:
hot dogs 6 lbs
chili sauce 6 jars
grape jelly 6 jars

how many chicken wings should i make per person??

any input would be a great help!!!

we are also having :
chicken, ziti, broccoli
pasta w/ meat sauce
sausage w/ peppers & onions
potato salad
and
italian wedding soup

Good job on the preliminary estimates! You need a double-sided line or 2 single lines

chips and dip
tortilla chips 3 bags
potato chips 3 bags
corn chips 3 bags
You need 11-12 pounds chips
salsa 48 oz
onion dip 48 oz
you need 1 cup of each per 5 people

fruit tray:
yogurt dip 32 oz
strawberries 40-50- at least 1 per person
grapes (red & green)2 lbs each- you need 6-7 pounds
cantaloupe 2 lg
honey dew melon 2 lg
pineapple 1 lg
watermelon 1 lg
melons are OK

veggie tray:
ranch dip 16 oz- you need 1 ounce per person (that is 2 tablespoons)
carrot sticks 2 LBS
celery sticks 2 LBS
broccoli 1-2 LBS
cauliflower 1-2 LBS
You need 15 pounds, 2 ounces per person, add some in
cucumbers 8 ea some left- not too popular
cherry/grape tomatoes 2 PT- you need 1 per person-

salad:
romaine lettuce hearts 15 hearts check weights, about 16-18 pounds
cucumbers 6 ea
tomatoes 4 pt
black olives 3 cans
feta cheese 1 lb
ranch dressing 24 oz
Add a fat free ranch
balsamic vinaigrette 24 oz
french dressing 24 oz
italian dressing 24 oz
Add a fat free Italian
You need to have each in 2 bottles, or it will bottleneck the buffet if you have only one

crabmeat & pasta salad:
crabmeat 6 lbs
pasta (penne) 6 lbs- consider rotini- 8 pounds- better contrast to the ziti below
mayo 30 oz
Look at crab Louis dressings, bit of mustard, much tastier, especially if you are going for real crab.

meatballs:
meatballs (250-300) 96ct.bags 4 bags assuming these are appetizers, 1 pound per 5-6
sauce 6 jars

sweet & sour hot dogs:
hot dogs 6 lbs
chili sauce 6 jars
grape jelly 6 jars- if you can find currant jelly, it is even better
