Ellen, I'm planning an anniversary reception for 125 from 2-4pm in June in North Carolina. I'd be so grateful for your opinion on the sufficiency of the menu and amounts.

Ham Biscuits - 125
Deviled Eggs - 125
Crustless mini quiche - 200
Hot spinach artichoke dip & assorted
toasts/crackers - 32 cups dip
Vegetable tray & dip:
Asparagus - 3 lb.
Brocolli - 3 lb.
Carrots - 5 lb.
Cauliflower - 4 lb.
Celery - 4 lb.
Cucumber - 6 English
Green Beans - 2 lb.
Red bell peppers - 6 lb.
Cherry tomatoes - 5 pt.
Dip - 15 cups
Assorted cheese cubes & crackers - 10 lbs.

Fruit tray & dip:
Watermelon - 2
Pineapple - 6
Cantalope - 4
Honeydew - 4
Strawberries - 10 lb.
Red grapes - 5 lb.
Green grapes - 5 lb.
Dip
Warm apricot brie phyllo bites - 200
Toasted pecans - 5 lb.
Cake
Punch - 15 gal.

Very civilized and attractive menu

Ham Biscuits - 125- some people will take 2- go to 150-175
Deviled Eggs - 125-OK
Crustless mini quiche - 200-OK
Hot spinach artichoke dip & assorted
toasts/crackers - 32 cups dip- 25 OK, 8 pounds dippers
Warm apricot brie phyllo bites - 200- OK
Toasted pecans - 5 lb.- 8? very popular, esp in the South

Vegetable tray & dip:
Asparagus - 3 lb.
Brocolli - 3 lb.
Carrots - 5 lb.
Cauliflower - 4 lb.
Celery - 4 lb.
Cucumber - 6 English
Green Beans - 2 lb.
Red bell peppers - 6 lb.
Cherry tomatoes - 5 pt.
Dip - 15 cups
OK

Assorted cheese cubes - 10 lbs. cheeses. Consider addong 4-6 pounds of spreads or balls or cream cheese and topping
& crackers- 8 pounds, open 6- keep the rest for

Pineapple - 6
Cantaloupe - 4
Honeydew - 4
Strawberries - 10 lb.
Red grapes - 5 lb.
Green grapes - 5 lb.
Dip- 15 cups

Cake- full sheet cake serves 60

Punch - 15 gal. OK but you need a sugar free option, I suggest dinner level coffee for 100 see the beverage planning page.
