I'm catering an event for 150 people and just wanted to know how many pieces of chicken should I prepare? And then how many pans of mostacolli,how much 7 layer salad and and how much for a garden salad?

Arlinda this site is primarily for family and volunteer cooks, I cannot take on the liability for paid events. I would suggest these points:

Use the plan for 100 table for advice on the chicken and the mostaccioli. Do 1 1/2 times the amount for 100.

See the 7 layer salad recipe on site for guidance on quantities, you need to do for all.

Tossed, do for 50, see the plan for 100 page.
