I own a fried chicken and pizza restaurant. I would like to offer catering to surrounding businesses in the loosest sense of the word, meaning - I make the food and deliver it, but the customer sets up. I am not sure what to package side dishes in. We offer baked beans, macaroni salad, mac n cheese, cole slaw, potato salad and mashed potatoes with gravy. I currently sell in 6 oz and 16 oz cups, but I would like to sell larger portions for big orders. The problem is, I don't know what to package it in. I have shopped at my restaurant supply warehouse, but don't see anything suitable. Any advise. It would have to be something the customer can dispose of.

Best and most often used, the aluminum full size chafers with plastic lids. They hold about 30 servings.
