I'm planning a menue for a Christmas party for 150 people. Rosemary chicken, pork sirloin , salad, and pasta with different sauces to choose. How many trays and how much chicken and pork I have to get. Thank you,

For 150 people for this menu, buffet service, this is what I would do:

Rosemary chicken, 1 piece per person (4 OUNCE SIZE)
pork sirloin, 1 pound boneless per 4

salad, use the plan for 100 page, do 1 1/2 times the amount for 100

pasta, about 15 pounds dry per 100, maybe some left
different sauces, total 1 quart per pound or a bit more if several sauces- 1/2 red, 1/4 each alfredo/cream and pesto

You need bread, about 12-14 pounds per 100 and about 4 pounds of butter
