I need to know quantity: the menu is as follows

Chicken roasted breast /thighs
Pork Loin
Baked Ziti
Red potatoes butter/garlic
green beans
carrots
salad
rolls

Kim, start learning to use the plan for 100 pages and the other planning pages for basic estimates-
assuming self serve, buffet service

Chicken roasted breast /thighs- 1 piece per person- if the breasts are very large, they can be cut into 2 pieces.
Pork Loin- 1 pound raw boneless per 3

Baked Ziti- about 7 pounds dry pasta
Red potatoes butter/garlic- about 30 pounds potatoes, may have some left
