Hello Ellen,
I took a contract to cook for 200 guest in a wedding, with the following Fried rice, jollof Rice,salad,soup and semo. Am good in this but have not cook for this amount for some time now. please help me with the ingredients again.

Per 100, about 16 pounds dry rice, the salad and soup are on the plan for 100 page, and assuming semo is a semolina dessert, just over 1/2 cup cooked volume per person.
