Feed appromately 200 people
I have volunteered to head up this years Cub Scout Blue and Gold banquet. We are planning for approximately 200 people and that is adults and children. we will be having Brisket, sausage, potato salad, beans, and of course the sliced bread, pickles,onions jalapenos and of course dessert and drink(tea.

Can you tell me how much to buy for each of these items??

Brisket, 1 pound per 4 cooked weight
sausage, 1 pound per 5-6

potato salad, 4- 4 1/2 gallons per 100
beans, 3 gallons per 100

sliced bread, 2 slices per person
pickles, 1 gallons per 100
onions, 7 pounds sliced per 100
jalapenos, 2 quarts per 100

dessert- please see the dessert planning page, depends on what kind of dessert

drink(tea), suggest you do both tea and lemonade or punch for the kids. See the beverage planning page.

Consider adding dinner level coffee for the adults, at least for dessert.
