Hi Ellen , Sorry to bother I had asked you previously how many Pounds of prime rib roast for 17 people? I have a 10 pound 5 bones in it would that be enough? Sides will be a cold macaroni salad and fruit platter. Also pita chips. Thanks again |

I forgot to mention it's a raw 10lb roast. Also I will be using bolio rolls. |

Yes, if this is sandwiches. Do be sure to let stand at least 1/2 hour before slicing. If it is NOT sandwiches, it will be close... |
