I normally just put butter, evaporated milk, and salt in my mashed potatoes. Would my recipe work also for freezing. I need to do enough for 100 for my daughter's graduation open house. Also, if I unthawed them could I heat and hold them in the big roasters. If so, how long would it take to get them hot. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you |

The recipe you use will separate on thawing, you can stir it back together, but do consider trying the recipe here- just a fraction/ family size. Big roasters are fine- |
