I'm having a party for 50 guests. Planning on the following pulled pork, sausage and peppers, baked ziti, green salad, potato salad, cole slaw, and cheese and crackers how much do I need of each item.

pulled pork, about 10 pounds ready to serve, which takes about 11 pounds raw boneless. I like shoulder for this. 50 buns or 8 dozen slider buns.
sausage and peppers, 10 pounds sausage, equal veggies

baked ziti, 5 pounds dry pasta, maybe some left
potato salad, 7 quarts (about 18 pounds raw potatoes)

green salad, use plan for 100, do 1/2
cole slaw, 1 1/2 gallons

cheese 5 pounds
crackers 3 pounds
