We're having a buffet with pulled pork/chicken/venison on buns for about 100 people. We're going to use 38-40 lbs raw meat. Also, having coleslaw using 24 lbs shredded vegetables. We have 10 - 9x13" pans of squares for dessert. How many pounds baked beans should we have? Thanks for any help! Berni

1 pound raw per 3 is plenty for this, unless you are feeding football teams.

You need 3 gallons of beans- about 8 pounds dry to start.
