portion control
portions per person in serving two meats serving eye round roast turkey breast two vegetables 4 250 people is the rule of thumb quarter pound per person per meat raw now or do I need to add more than quarter pound per person I usually do this and have lotsa leftovers because of all the other stuff that were having don't ever want to run out
When you serve 2 meats in the USA and one is beef, the plan for party size portions is usually 5 ounces cooked beef to 3 ounces the second. To get 5 ounces cooked beef from a boneless cut, allow 2 pounds raw per 5 people. To get 3 ounces cooked turkey breast, you need 4 ounces raw, or 1 pound per 4 people.

If this saves you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation, maybe a dime per guest to support this site.
