Cooking Pork Tenderloin or Pork loin for approx 200 people. (100 lbs) Which cut should I go with? Is there a big difference? Does anyone have any ideas on the best way to prepare this??

Pork loin is fine and more economical than tenderloin. A marinade and a sauce are optimum for juiciness for this size crowd.
