So appreciate the help

Hi, Rachel,

1/3 pound Burgers- 1 per person, a bit less if you do chicken quarters below
hot dogs- about 30
chicken wings
chicken wings are expensive at 1/3 pound per person; if you are grilling, consider leg quarters instead; lower cost, more meat; 1 quarter per 2 people.
Sandwich condiments, see the sandwich planning page
You might add one package of veggie burgers if there could be any non-meat eaters among the guests.

fruit salad- consider fruit tray instead, prettier, holds better, and the leftovers are more useful, see the fruit tray page. Or 7 quarts

chips, 4 pounds
salsa, 4 pints

pasta salad, 3 pounds dry pasta plus add ins
baked beans, 1 1/2 gallons

cut vegetables
ranch dip
see veggie tray page, allow 6 pieces per person, dip is covered

Consider adding 1 1/2 gallons cole slaw

canned soda, use the beverage planning page for amounts and assortment- 1/2 the amount for 100
bottle water, 2 per person
ice, at least 1/2 pound per person

If this saves you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation, maybe a nickel or dime per guest, to support this site. Thanks.
