Whole Salmon and Whole Tenderloin

I am having a wedding reception for 50 people.
I will be serving a whole salmon and a whole beef tenderloin with chicken curry and sides. How many tenderloins do I need and how many whole salmons do I need for 50 people? Appx.
A lovely option for summer weddings is to serve the salmon poached and chilled, perhaps with mayo and capers.

About 10 pounds of salmon and about 16 pounds of tenderloin. Be sure to have the tenderloin stand 20 minutes after cooking before slicing, and best to have someone serve the first round- people can get greedy with good beef.
