How much of each meat and sides do I need for an open house graduation barbecue for 60 serving pulled pork sandwiches, chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, corn on the cob?

pulled pork, 20 pounds ready to serve
sandwiches, about 100 crusty rolls
1 cup table sauce per 5-6
chicken, 1 piece per person

baked beans, 2 gallons
coleslaw, 1 1/2 gallons
potato salad, 2 1/2 gallons

corn on the cob- 1 piece each plus a few extra

Consider adding pickles, 3 quarts, sliced onions, about 6 pounds?

A fruit tray would be nice with this, some pineapple, strawberries, etc- see the fruit tray page.
