Chicken teriyaki and rice for 150

07/31/14 		I was wondering how many pounds of chicken I would need to feed 150 people. Also how much rice.

07/31/14 		Since this is a main dish rice, I cook 12 pounds per 100. For the chicken, about 40 pounds boneless per 100.
