I went on big pots I'm trying to see how many turkeys and hams I need to buy to serve the people and also how many pans of Maccorni and dirty rice I will need
If this is buffet service with seconds allowed, I would figure 3/4 pound whole raw turkey per person plus 1 pound ham per 5-6. If no dressing/stuffing, 6 pounds dry rice per 100 plus 1 pound dry pasta per 10.

For the rest, you can use the plan for 100 tables times 6, but then subtract 5% from the total, since with this many people, you even out some of the extras.
