I have an idea of how much meat to serve but I just need some input. I am serving teardrop ham, roast beef, and pork roast for 250 people. How many pounds in total for each meat would be needed?

With these 3 meats, for most crowds the beef is most popular, but that does vary by the age, location, and type of group.

I would probably do 1 pound raw beef per 3 plus 1 pound raw boneless pork per 5 plus 1 pound boneless ham per 6-8.
