Wedding reception for 125
I am planning a reception in May dinner starts around 4. I have family members cooking but I will be purchasing the food.. The menu is Chicken, Salmon, and some sort of beef not sure yet if you have any suggestions please input. A pasta dish for vegetarians, Whole green beans, cabbage, rice, red potatoes, and corn. I will have a salad also. Appetizers meatballs, cheese, veggie and fruit platters and then I get stuck I don't know what else to put in for appetizers. What do you think would be reasonable amounts for each serving. By the way it's buffet set up but guest will be served.
