Shimp /Bull Roast 200
I am planning a shrimp/ bull roast for 200
the menu items are Steamed Shrimp, Homemade Crab Soup, deviled eggs, fried chicken, baked ziti, pit beef & ham, macaroni salad, potatoe salad, cole slaw, chips pretzels, rolls and sheet cake.

I know how much eggs, fried chicken and chips pretzels, rolls and sheet cake but I am not sure how much is needed for everything else Please help!

Steamed Shrimp, 1 pound whole head on per 4
1 cup cocktail sauce per 4-6
1 lemon per 3
pit beef, 2 pounds per 5
bbq sauce? 1 cup per 4-6
ham, 1 pound per 4

Homemade Crab Soup, 6 gallons per 100 for bowls, 4 gallons per 100 for cups

baked ziti, 10 pounds dry per 100, 1 quart sauce per pound, 1/2 to 1 pound cheese per pound. Good entree for any vegetarians.

macaroni salad, 5 pounds dry pasta per 100
potato salad, 35 pounds potatoes per 100
cole slaw, 2 1/2 gallons per 100, lots of recipes on this site
