I having a graduation party starting at 3 till 10 for 220 people I'm serving
Roast beef with gravy
Broasted Chicken
Roasted red skins potatoes
Pasta salad
Lettuce salad
Roll and butter
Any help would be great just want to help plenty of food for the guest . Also having veggie trays and fruit trays

Roast beef with gravy, at least 80 ponds ready to serve
Broasted Chicken, 1 piece per person

Roasted red skins potatoes, about 80 pounds

Mostaccioli, 1 pound dry pasta per 12, 1 quart sauce per pound, 1/2 -1 pound cheese per pound
Pasta salad,6 pounds dry pasta per 100

Lettuce salad Use plan for 100 page, do 2 1/4 times the amount
Roll and butter, 12 pounds rolls, 3 pounds butter per 100
