What I need to know is how much meat and poultry to buy per person (allowing guest to have both) and should I use bone-in or boneless chicken. Thank you
Tasty menu. Usually the beef is first choice.
25 pounds raw boneless beef, none left
1 pound boneless or 2 pounds bone in chicken. I personally think bone in has a little more flavor.
