wedding for 360
Im serving a wedding for 360 with pulled pork, sweet &sour meatballs, potato salad, pasta salad, tossed salad, fruits and veggies. How many pounds of each salad do I need?
I can tell you based on what I make:

potato salad, 35 pounds raw potatoes per 100 (approx 4 gallons made)
pasta salad, 6 pounds dry pasta per 100 plus add ins
tossed salad, use plan for 100 table for both salad and dressing, do 3 1/2 times amount for 100
fruits, 3 times the deluxe fruit tray for 100 from the fruit tray page, would be plenty
veggies, approx 22 pounds per 100 if cooked or 10 pounds per 100 plus 3 quarts dip if raw.
