Self catering our sons wedding
We are self catering our sons wedding the menu includes pulled pork, your Hash Brown Pot. Casserole, your baked beans, green bean casserole, coleslaw and Amana style cottage cheese. The guest amount is 350. I think I need 6 roasters of potatoes, two roasters of the green bean casserole,two roasters baked beans. These are the items I want to have your opinion on. What do you think of using the large aluminum baking pans with the sterno burners for the beans? I am going to need a lot of roasters and was thinking of other options of how to do this. Thank you for any advice you have.

two roasters baked beans. need 3 gallons per 100, about 1 roaster

Be aware that most electrical circuits will only support ONE roaster- I have never seen a venue that will support 10.

For 350 people, you need 4-6 single serving lines or 3 double sided. It takes 4-5 people in the kitchen and about 18 people up front to set up, serve and clean up this size party, and it has to e people who are not attending the wedding, they will be working then.
