after church finger food reception
We are planning a going away reception after church with finger foods. I was wondering about how many veggie platters and fruit trays to provide. Also how many hors d'oeuerves will we need for 150 to 200 people?
The challenge here is that people will be hungry. Here is a sample suggestion.

For the fruit look at the fruit tray page and do at least 1 1/2 the deluxe tray for 100- or use as a quantity guide

For the veggies, 1 pound ready to eat per each 10, 1 cup Ranch per pound

One sandwich worth, or three-four tea sandwich pieces or pinwheels per person

2-3 small cookies, bars, minimuffins or sweets per person

Consider a cheese table with 15 pounds of cheese and spreads- take a look at the little video on the FaceBook page for appearance of a nice cheese table for 100- you would do 1 1/2 to 2 times
