Please consider a baked pasta casserole rather than loose- it stays hotter and s MUCH easier to prep and serve. Look at the spaghetti page:

for a really good rotini casserole- you could do small meatballs layered instead of sausage. LOTS of tips on handling large amounts of pasta.

Mostaccoli for 150 people
Hi Ellen,
I’m helping with a graduations party and I’m responsible for making the mostaccoli with a meat sauce. Could you let me know the amount of each ingredients I would need.
